We stayed at this hotel for 19 nights in total during February whilst visiting family in Chengdu and as a base in between visits to Lijiang, Xi’an and Thailand. Most staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast offered a good choice of cereals, bread, fruit, vegetables, eggs and meat as well as delicious local dishes and fresh noodle soup.

Easy and quick airport shuttle, good breakfast, and comfy bed. Used Apple Translate to converse with the staff. The staff prepared take-out breakfast on our last day for an early flight. The metro to downtown was a short walk. Cold water available at the front desk. Two free bottles of water each day.

About a half hour ride from Shuangliu airport and an hour to the city centre. We stayed here as visiting relatives. Excellent value as less than £30 per night for a king room with breakfast. Comfortable room, friendly staff and good choice for breakfast. Free shuttle service from the airport. Lovely park across the road and restaurants nearby.

The bed was comfortable. The shower and bathroom were clean and there was great water pressure. Large towels, washcloths, and toiletries were provided. Bottles of water were provided in the room and in the lobby. The window was open when I arrived. The hotel was easy to find, but there is not a drive right up to the door. The staff made check-in easy. A convenience store, a pharmacy, and some restaurants are in walking distance.

The girls at the front desk were very nice with us. They helped us to get a taxi and provided us a map to get the metro bus. The room is quite big with a nice view and the shower was amazing. They offer free transportation from the airport only one way which was very useful for us

airport shuttle was good. driver spoke english. breakfast buffet was filled and had variety.

Great location and great staff. We had to leave very early and the staff prepared breakfast for us for takeout! Amazing service and very comfortable and clean rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent gym and spacious rooms. Lots of restaurants close by. Close to the airport with a free shuttle. Everything that I needed :)!

The staff went above and beyond, helping to book taxis etc. Breakfast included was wonderful. Bed very comfortable

I did not use their shuttle from the Airport but did enjoy a great room and good BF. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
